I was excited by the prospect of an early morning birding tour with Osprey Tours. Our small group walked quietly through the jungle in search of these incredible creatures. After walking for around 15 minutes we heard a strange howling/barking sound. Although their howls can travel up to three miles through dense forest, Fernando felt sure the monkeys were close by. Another 5 minutes and we spotted them. A beautiful family of Howler Monkeys, which included a female carrying her baby, was in the trees not far from us. We were able to watch and photograph them clearly as they slowly moved through the trees. It was an amazing experience that I will always remember.

I wanted to extend a special thank you for the wonderful birding experience your guide provided for me, my sister and our friend Kitty. The trip was everything we had hoped it would be and more. Toucans were number 1 on our list to see and we saw those and so many more local birds. I would highly recommend Osprey Tours! Thank you and we plan to use your guided tours again.

Wildlife observation in which the observation of birds is a recreational activity. It can be done with the naked eye, through a visual enhancement device like binoculars and telescopes, or by listening for bird sounds.
The trek involves walking or hiking trails on natural settings such as jungle forests, beaches, banks of streams, rivers, lakes and ponds; and why not, in the middle of the field and even in inhospitable deserts.
is a genre of photography concerned with documenting various forms of wildlife in their natural habitat. It is one of the more challenging forms of photography. As well as requiring sound technical skills, such as being able to expose correctly, wildlife photographers generally need good field craft skills.
